Chili lime fries 😊 6 potatoes sliced into fries and tossed with chili powder, lime juice, thyme, and coconut sugar. Baked @440 for 30 minutes, flipped in between. These were so good. I ate them with romaine and topped them with roasted red pepper hummus and salsa.
